    Nir Plesser

    Attorney Nir Plesser is an arbitrator and mediator in civil-commercial law, specializing in lawyers’ professional liability, disputes between attorneys, and partnership disputes.

    Mr. Plesser holds a Master’s degree in Public Law (LL.M.) from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude).

    Mr. Plesser serves as a presiding judge in the Tel Aviv Bar Association’s Disciplinary Court and has served as Vice-Chairman of the Professional Standards Advisory Committee of the ICCBA (International Criminal Court Bar Association).

    Among other roles, Mr. Plesser served as an arbitrator on behalf of the Ethics Committee in fee disputes and as an arbitrator in the U-Trade case regarding professional negligence in the Forex field. He has also represented private clients in civil litigation in the field of professional liability.

    Mr. Plesser published an academic book titled: “Transitional Justice: The Impact of the Shin Beth Affair on Israeli Society“. Additionally, he has published several academic articles which have been cited by the Israeli Supreme Court, and in Chief Justice Isaac Amit’s book on Privileges and Protected Interests.

    Furthermore, for many years, he served as a teaching assistant in Criminal Law, Evidence Law, Criminal Procedure, and Public Officials’ Immunity at several law faculties, including Tel Aviv and Haifa Universities.
