Labor Law Disputes
The CADR Israel operates a department for resolving labor disputes. Mediation and arbitration proceedings, which are conducted within the framework of the department, are suitable for and customized to both workers and managers in private disputes, and workers’ committees, workers’ councils, workers’ representatives and trade unions in sectoral and collective disputes.
The department’s mediation and arbitration team has been selected very carefully, with an emphasis on extensive experience in and knowledge of labor law, and includes labor court judges, lawyers, experts in the field and public representatives.
The Center of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution offers mediation solutions in Labor Law Disputes:
- An immediate answer to solving industrial relations disputes – consensual professional mediation proceedings enable the resolution of disputes in a few sessions, while saving resources of time and money and without media exposure.
- Prior agreement between the organization and its employees to converse during mediation, with the assistance of an external, neutral party, who has experience and professionalism, as a quick and agreed solution for improving long-term industrial relations.
- Assistance in building an infrastructure for the employment agreements within the organization – The choice of mediation as a first alternative in resolving industrial relations disputes constitutes a message and an integral part of the organization’s ethical code and in the future part of the employment agreement.
- Mediation proceedings take place in a professional and relaxed atmosphere at the offices of the Center of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
